Norwich…

From Wells-next-the-Sea we drove south-east to Norwich, now in something of a backwater but once the second largest city in the land after London. Here are details of the Arts and Crafts-style Royal Arcade, designed by local architect George Skipper and opened in 1889.

And finally, the cathedral, less awesome and highly decorated than Lincoln but perhaps more elegant – more feminine?
